The necropsy slhoved unuisuial, conicentric, semicirctilar mtuseular protrtsions into the cavity of the grossly enlar-ged left ventricle, but the coroniary arteries were norim<al. We arie iunicertain whether the abnormalities of the myoeardiuim are congenital or ae(Iluired. The jtustificatioin for placinig this case on recor(l is to describe it with the idea that others may Iiave encouniiter-ed similar cases.
